Any chance of a system where we can "loan" drivers to other teams for a fee?

Allow the loans to be for drivers of maybe current lvl +1 or +2 of the team they are joining?
Those loans would be of a fixed period, maybe only 5/10 races and maybe limit a team to 1 loan a season?

The first part gives bigger teams a chance to have their drivers gain a little experience, while allowing smaller teams to the opportunity to field a better driver
The second part helps prevent any situation where loan system is abused creating full season advantages where smaller teams too skilled a driver.

Obviously, this should also only work where the parent team is higher than the team the driver is being loaned to, this would stop situations where a lower lvl team loans to a higher lvl team and the driver then gets trained to above the parent teams lvl.

I don't like the idea for 3 main reasons.

1. It gives a big advantage to those who have the time to run multiple accounts and transfer drivers between them.

2. It unbalances the game especially at low/mid tiers.

3. What would stop me setting up a team with top level training academy gathering a stable of 20 top talent trained drivers then offering them by pm to managers for real money?

Since the reward point issue* in the old game I can't see that transfers of any kind between teams is a good way to go. If there is a loophole then players will abuse it.

* it was possible at one time to transfer reward points (roughly equal to tokens) between accounts. Some players were setting up dummy accounts purely to farm points and transfer them to their main accounts.
