Firefox worked flawlessly as expected

I'm still puzzled about the different results Chrome users experience

Also, this make me think of a suggestion:
-Could it be possible to have some sort of permanent "dummy" race to check the raceviewer (and it's settings) I think it could be useful you know, so you don't have to tweak the setting while in race and also when you need to test the connection/server/race viewer ; it could also help to reduce the threads complaining about a race not happening or failing to connect because if this "dummy" race was unreachable it would imply there is a server side issue (maybe a pop up or a more detailed message could be available? )
Just my 2 cents

Hold the phone you said you will use firefox on your laptop & not your desktop. It is running perfect, does chrome work on the laptop too?

Using a different device and it working fine indicates that there is a problem with your desktops configuration.

When it next crashes can you try to load the developer tools in chutney and go to console and let us know any errors which may get down there. As with continual races there is usually always at least one race running on the home page there is a spectate button which shows you a list of other races you can watch and try and get the viewer going.

How many tabs have you got open while doing this too.

Have you tried changing your setting via the Web to change your viewer to basic mode does that make any difference?

- 1 tab + the race viewer pop-up
- If you provide me a small "tutorial" on how to get the data you need from "developers tool" I would be more than willing to provide you the data you want
- Yeah, tried lower settings, same result so far

Om
I also experienced lag, freeze and "WebGL failed to load" while Race viewer loading, but It only happens on my chrome if any VPN extension like Zenmate or program such as bluestacks running in the background

- I do use BlueStacks but then again, this never happened before (also tried to run it w/o Bluestacks background activated)

Laptop is a Mac, Chrome never worked well in it so I just don't use it, and even if I try it, the results wouldn't provide any usefull data as:
-Desktop Win 7
-Laptop MacOS

That's news to me. I didn't know IGP worked on a Mac.

It works on my laptop, but my son does a lot of tinkering with it so I don't exactly knows the details of why it runs, I'm more of a Windows guy myself I'm totally a newbie in anything Mac/Linux/Ios/Android related

Instructions unclear, loaded the dev tools in chutney and got delicious tasting hardware instead.

Mac users have more choice I think than windows when it comes to browsers that use webgl

Not numbered in order of best to use, just listing them & there are likely others too.

1. Safari
2. OmniWeb
3. Chrome
4. Firefox
5. Camino
6. Stainless
7. Torch Media
8. Opera
9. Safari Technology Preview
10. Vivaldi
11. SeaMonkey

In beta it used to say race finished but now you just see this

If you have a low spec computer or laptop use the Opera browser.

You will see this message every time you join a race:

Just click OK and forget it came up in the first place.

It might not be the best browser in the world, but it works great for me on the days I have to use my 2GB RAM Laptop with the Intel family GMA graphics card.
I can use the beta viewer on Medium race viewer quality settings with Opera.

Firefox says out of memory - all settings.
Chrome works on Very Low.
Edge works on Very Low.
