But it will cost you lots of rep points, racing will be very hard, car design will be very low and research will do next to nothing.


True.Unless you have a lots of tokens and if you want to use your money on tokens then it will be easy.But thats not gonna happen,maybe.

Saying here the car design limit is 40 for Rookie tier


I have reason to believe this is wrong as I have 50 cap in design


Other teams in the league seem to have over 50 cap

Fixed the help docs. Thanks for letting me know, that was a silly error. I changed it so it gets the value from the game for that now, so it can't be wrong.

You're also corect that research shows relative to the level cap.

I'm back to learning the ropes and to better understand car development :)

There is not massive differences in TE or I just not seeing it because of the tyres I using
But FE between 1 & 50 is a massive change seems to edge out as 50 to 100 does only half of what 1 to 50 does
