The Transfer market has just received an update which guarantees showing highly rated drivers and staff at all times. If you think it needs any further tweaking, I can also do that more easily now after this update. I've changed the way the transfers page works slightly in the code, so I can now set and adjust a minimum amount of highly rated staff to show.

Highly rated staff and drivers at all times is not so perfect & I did clear history.

If you mean the spacing between aucitons, there's no guarantee they will be evenly spaced, just that there will be a certain amount of highly skilled ones when the page is loaded.

the only thing i'd like now is more strength and weakness options. CDs are making the little difference we have now because of every step you have done for balance. i don't know, maybe you are working on something will affect this but, ok, i think ppl saying 'we want more good staff in market' means 'better CDs', from 4.5 stars to 5, but, a weakness that don't ruin your season in the first races.
I think design headquarter should give us one more stregth, CDs could change too but, 1 fixed strength and one 1 weakness feels like 'stucked'.

EDIT. also, the market list does not allow us to search and shortlist next level staff. i think that could help too, just let us search, to shortlist or better: let me get my +1 level staff. i can't use it now because he is +1 my level cap, but, as soon as i change my level, i have my new staff there to use.

@Dan : I noticed the market offered me a lot more of variety in strength and weakness, is that linked to the recend update ? About other ideas I really like the scouting suggestion.

well, yes, i think there are more options, not much but i'm able to see some more options.
one other thing it's killing me it's that i have 2 guys retiring in my staff. so, i hire 2 new guys. but now, the guys retiring are asking me to pay the whole contract? mmmm that's too much i think. i understand we have to pay something but, the whole contratcs (28races) is 22Millions!!!! and i'm already in red numbers so, this is taking all my tokens. won't see any extra token until 2019 :P
