If you have trouble loading a WebGL viewer, try this first. Clear your cache. The most common cause of loading problems is that parts of the previous version of the viewer are being loaded alongside parts of the newer one, because your browser has stored a copy of the old one in its "cache". It does this so that each time you load it, it loads faster, but it can also mean that you have out-of-date components when a new version is released. This will cause it to crash with an error, as many people have been seeing. Skip the next paragraph if you want to get straight to the instructions.
Restarting your computer or any other action will probably not make a difference on the iGP viewers because it is not a system application. The only way that could help is if your system was having an issue which was interfering with the browser. It's the browser performance and browser cache which relate to iGP Manager WebGL, not the operating system cache.
