If you are clicking or tapping on the button to bid for a driver or staff member, but you are not added to the auction, the local network you are using (University, Employer, Business, Firewall, etc.) may be blocking the port number bids use to operate correctly.
Troubleshooting bidding on the app
- Switch to mobile data or wi-fi
- Switch to a different wi-fi connection, if possible
- Delete the app cache and app data if you are using an Android device
- In your account's settings, tap the 'clear cache' button
Troubleshooting bidding in web browsers
- On the iGP Manager website, press the CTRL and F5 keys at the same time (for Mac OS, press CMD + SHIFT + R)
- Switch to a different network connection or wi-fi connection, if possible
- Delete the cache in your browser
- Delete the cookies in your browser
