How do I delete or reset my account?

Deleting accounts

Deleting accounts is permanent and cannot be undone. To delete your account, please submit a request for assistance by visiting the Help page at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab.

Resetting accounts

Resetting accounts is not an option in iGP Manager. We can delete your account so you may start with a fresh account.
