I am unable to access my account. Help!

We're sorry to hear you're unable to access or recover your account.

Is your account associated with an e-mail address? If so, please start with step 1 If not, please skip to step 3.

1. For accounts registered with e-mail addresses

If you created an account using an e-mail address, visit our login page and click or tap on the "recover password" link:

Enter your e-mail address in the form that opens and you will receive an e-mail address containing instructions assisting you to recover your account.

2. Error message for an account associated with an e-mail address


If you have received an error resembling the image above, you may have multiple accounts using the same e-mail address.
Please submit a request for assistance by visiting the Help page at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab. Please include a screenshot or photo of the error message and which e-mail address you experienced the error with!

3. Still unable to access your account?

If you created your account using Facebook, have signed in through your device only, or are still having difficulty recovering your account, please e-mail support@igpgames.com with the following information about your account:

Profile name
Team name
League name
How many tokens does your account have?
How much cash does your account have?
What is the highest level building in the headquarters? (if more than one are the same level, please clarify which)

This information will be used to authenticate the account belongs to the rightful owner who is attempting to recover their account.
If the information cannot be considered sufficient enough to serve as proof of account ownership, we are unable to assist in recovering the account.
