Re-install the app
Restart your device
Log into your iGP Manager account in the app, visit your account's settings, then tap the dark gray 'Clear cache' button
Use the app with Wi-Fi if using mobile data (and vice-versa)
Use the app with a different Wi-Fi connection
Use a different device to determine if the issue can be isolated
