100% Part no achievement

So ive had a 100% part for 2 days not but i dont have the achievement. I have done a race with the part but still not got it.

It seems you have it now... was 100% reached via spies or a design upgrade?

Mine as well..... via spies to get the last 2% no achievement

Fixed, and manually awarded the achievement to Brady.
