Cannot transfer staff

1. What did you try to do?
I tried to transfer staff in the transfers tab, pressed the button which goes to a green tick.
2. What happened instead?
Nothing happens, I keep my tokens and the member of staff does not transfer
3. Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
This is PC on Chrome
4. Can the bug be reproduced? If you can’t reproduce a bug, it’s okay. If there’s anything unique about its occurrence, include that in your post. NOTE: DO NOT spend tokens to reproduce a bug.
Well, nothing happens any time so It can be reproduced anytime.

Hi Chris, what specifically do you mean by transfer staff? Are you trying to hire staff? Do you see a countdown timer above the bid and buy now buttons?

What does the countdown timer mean? Is it the reason I cannot transfer (buy) drivers and staff?

Hi Agon!



If you don't see a timer above the two buttons in the image I've shown in this post, then use a different internet connection, such as a different Wi-Fi connection or mobile data. Sometimes using the game in places like work, school, or other professional environments can hamper the ability to use the Transfers system due to firewalls blocking the ports the system operates on.
