Talent to be shown as potential number of stars the driver can be trained to, instead of showing a number marked as Talent in the profile.
This way people don't know how good their driver is.
Can go a long way with a donkey before you notice they are kind of slow.

I believe I said it before. It should be hidden unless you do extensive scouting or your driver is with you so many races (5? 10?) before you see their talent. Drivers coming out of your own academy would be known from the start or after they developed in your academy like in the previous iGP

Quite simply, no. Concealing the talent level potentially moves the model of the game to pay to win. Currently it is very well balanced, with those who do buy tokens having a marginal (and fair) advantage. For those who do not spend (much) playing, the scouting facility is low on the list of HQ upgrades, over aspects such as technology or design. If anything should be concealed, it should be the star rating, which can be opened for a token spend (or specific level scouting facility), otherwise, its down to the player to trawl the through the list of drivers and staff to find the one that suits them the best.
