Champions League

There might be a chance to create a league clan where the winners of each tier of all the leagues of that clan were selected for a championship of champions, which would give them a prize at the end of the season. This league of champions would have neutral cars at the outset, plus even cash and tokens for everyone, and from that, everyone would develop their cars during the season to earn a token amount for the main account. I know the idea is complicated, but it would be motivating to join such a league, and it would attract more people to the game.

I think this could only work if you had to race against ai (their pace could be determined by the previous finishing times of opponent managers) and attempt to finish the race in the fastest possible time by using kers tactics, set-ups etc, and you were given 24hr and 1 attempt to do so.

This would be more likely to work than all the best managers competing in the same race, because everyone races at different time zones and I'm sure that with this system, no conflicts will be created
