(all at lvl 1, 80kg and talent&experience on lvl7 (wont change) ) lets think there is about three seasons time and NO manager level proof making training harder or impossible. so manager level is 20
I think its very important first to get drivers weight for excample between 60-68kg and after that its time to train driving skills and menthal cause basically if you firstly train everything else and last start to try to reduce weight, it will be very hard to make this and weight for itself makes much bigger impact for driver overall than other things (if talent and exp are same, anyway its impossible to train them and talent doesnt improve att all.)

In my opinion, as I said in your other post, train Physical first until the driver is at minimum weight (51 kg male / 46 kg female) and Stamina is 20. This makes little difference to driver star rating and therefore has a minimal effect on speed of training. After this you can shift your focus to other attributes. I prefer to maximise all of the "Driving" attributes and leave "Mental" to the end. However, this is personal preference, I have no data or evidence to support this strategy.
TBH, higher level managers tend to have standby drivers from their YDA and will train them up to 20 in everything before letting them get behind the wheel in a race.

Voted for something else. As Kevin said it's 100% Physical first, there's no point to train anything else until Stamina is 20 and training down the remaining few kilograms doesn't counts much into driver level and thus it's the quickest way to wrap weight up as well. Next would be Driving Attributes although with active drivers I tend to switch over to Mental from time to time because I don't like to have them much lower than about half the driving skills. It's just for the look of it, it sort of looks rounder, and it doesn't seems to matter much in terms of performance, so why the heck not.
