What do you need to do to change your stup from wet to dry, because you aren\'t told. if there is no link, why not?

If you mean you tested in the wet and now have to race in the dry, then here are some hints:
Wet weather setups have: higher ride height, softer tyres, more downforce, more rearward brake balance etc. Your driver will change their preference in the feedback when you are testing to the conditions you are testing in.
