Save the image to your computer and at the end of the file name, add .jpg to it. Then try uploading it.

Estou com o mesmo problema para carregar uma nova foto no perfil de gerente. Eu seleciono a imagem .jpg, salvo a página e não efetua a troca.
Será preciso esperar esse mesmo prazo estipulado de 4-5 dias?
