Just wondering , is this driver possible. And if is possible my question is "How" ?
All stats , except expirience , are rated 20. 51 kg and just 18 years old.
I don't understand how it is possible. Because that must not be possible for this game.
Understand , maybe he recruted him from academy But even so , totally not fair.

He was recruited from the Youth Academy, indeed.
He was trained extensively as a reserve driver and then set as active.

Actually it's quite possible with even 17 years since training is based on real time passed and driver aging on number of races. So if a team is without league or a league with few races per week there's up to infinite training possible per year of driver age. It's no problem though because, as said, even with daily racing it's perfectly possible to train up a driver in short time as long as the team level doesn't caps training too early. Even more so if that driver is reserve, doctor and sim are good, and/or some token healing is used.
