How do I reduce my driver's weight?

My young driver is as heavy as a bag of shit (67kg) and I can't get it down further. All other attributes are maxed out at 20 except for experience. Training results keep saying "no change". Question, do I keep training anyway and eventually the weight comes down or is that where it stays?

Unfortunately once all trainable skills are maxed out at 20 the driver is considered fully trained by the game and thus his weight is now locked. As long as no game patch changes this training him any more is of no further use.

That's another reason, aside that it's the fastest way, that experienced manager usually train Physical first until it's maxed out.

Are you training Physical in particular or just All? I've seen there is an issue with getting weight down.

I think I screwed up and didn't train physical first. Like you pointed out, I maxed out the other attributes and now my driver weighs like a porker. I didn't realize weight wouldn't keep coming down and that it also had a limit which was around 51 kgs. I am training physical only.

Okay. I don't anticipate this being fixed as soon as we may want due to more important things on the devs plates, but I'll PM you regarding this.
