Is there any information about how many skill points are needed for a driver to step a level?

toplevel: Highest level in your League tier.
managerlevel: your level :)

Thnx but my question wasnt about managers. It was about drivers/pilots! For example: my driver just reached lvl16. How many skill points are needed to be lvl 17?
