Headquarters Timer Bug

When the timer is at "x % 24" (hours) the timer incorrectly will show "1 day, 23 hours, 5 minutes" instead of "1 day, 0 hours, 5 minutes".

I've witnessed this on multiple buildings, including losing 5 tokens speeding up my Simulator.

Please let me know if more detail is needed.
