Engines Replace 2 times in a row

Hello,

For the first time, I have seen a bug about engine replacement.
1) At the start, I had 8 engines in stock.
2) I replace 2 engines (one for each driver) a first time.
3) Nothing happened.
4) I refresh the page, and I see I have always 8 engines in stock and cars with old engines.
5) I replace 2 engines (one for each driver) a second time.
6) Few minutes later, I see I have only 4 engines in stock.

So, I have lost 2 new engines.

Please, is it possible to restore the 2 new engines losted ?
