HI i am new to this so theres probably a couple of nooby questions

1.In design does next seasons porfomance mean that it will add that amount on or go to that level?

2.How do you in assembly how do you refit your parts?

3.Im not sure if the weather is based on live weather in the place your racing or is it just simulated?

In general: In the right bottom of your browser you can see "? Page Guide".

So if you go to design and press it everything will be explained.
If you go to next race and assembly and press page guide also everything will be explained.

1. It is the starting percentage of your car for next season.

2.League==>Next race==>Assembly then tick the parts you want to refit. You will need an X amount of engineers and mechanics for this which you can adjust at team==>Staff

3. Based on Google weather

"Roeland

1. It is the starting percentage of your car for next season.

and you need to realise that the higher your current % the less of an increase you get, e.g.
you have a 10% car just now you will get 5% or so increases
you have a 90% car you will get 1% or 2% increases

so its best to not to develop a 100% car for next season [unless you are trying to get promoted] as the season after you'll be lucky to get a 20%
