can you help me please?
I would like to understand how exactly works the car design reset from season to season... the mathematich rules and the aim.
I ask it because seems to me that in Elite (without promotion of strongers) does not fit the target to allow more to compete and despite the good intention it contributes to freeze the relative value and positions between players.
