Czesc mam problem bolidy w treningu są ustawione idealnie a także z przed startem kwalifikacji zmienia mi wszystko na czerwono i nagle mam zzle ustawione samochody i mam problem podczas wyścigu z tempem i nie jestem konkurencyjny to już 3 raz tak zauważyłem

There is a bug that causes the driver comments to change according to the values of the race track of the following race once qualifying starts, the suspension being suddenly wrong is a sure sign of it since no matter the conditions the suspension settings never change for a track.
So if your setup reflects the comments during training then, as long as the weather doesn't change, you're on the right setup and any pace problems are from a different cause, like worse cars, drivers, tyre temperature/push level or being to heavy (too much fuel). But if weather changes so do the requirements for ride height and wings. That's why doing training, or at least checking conditions and adapting setup accordingly, close to race start is pretty important.
