No practice time on Japanese gp

I have made 5 practice laps , and none of them gave me a time. fuel consumption is 0 , tyre consumption is 100, and there is no time. the print screen is below .

maybe it's because you just entered the league and have not been allowed to follow the race.

it doesn't matter if i joined the new league ....... every time i went into a new one i was able to make normal practices and race normal , and in this one i pressed try setup and it put everythig wrong. now i don't know how are the tyres spending !!!!!

what is going on ? the sponsors wanted me to finish the race but the car isnt in the race here is the proof :
