Hi,
Can someone explain me how drivers salary are calculated?
I'm quite a new user (about 20 races) and have just extended my best driver contract for 50 races.
He costs me 520k/race.
On the other hand experienced players in elite from my league have drivers lvl 14/15/16 which they only pay 350-400k, so i'd like to understand...

Finances are quite hard to maintain as a newcomer if you want competitive staff as i lose money every race even when achieving my objectives... so please explain me why this works as i describe :)

I don't know how (initial) salaries are exactly calculated but drivers scouted and promoted from the own Youth Academy start with a significantly lower salary compared to drivers of equal strength on the transfer market and every contract extension raises the salary by 10%.
