Having a few more sponsors would be very useful. I'm quickly running out of companies to make offers too at a decent price instead of a tenner a race where I wont make any money.
Also, having a re-negotiation could be useful. Say if they refuse your first offer, then you offer them a lower package straight away instead of having to wait till after the next race. Same with members of staff, except if you offer them a higher wage, or they say what wage they'd like instead of what you offered.

You know that you can resign your sponsors [5 races at a time] for exactly the same amount they pay you currently [+ kind of off-topic you dont really need money, made nearly 7.6m profit in 1 race[without 10% bonus], take away prize money etc i need less than 1m in sponspors to break even or 2.5m if i refit 2 full cars]
2nd point is good though, even if they offer you a lot less cash [or drivers want a lot more wages] better than having to wait another race to renegotiate
