Bugged repair- lost parts

Had to repair a car twice, lost 7 parts in the process of repairing the first car, parts were deducted but didnt repair the car the first time, second time deducted parts and the car was finally repaired, had a simular issue a while back when an engine went missing, second car repaired without issues
