how to train reflexes and stamina, it should be in physical shouldnt it?
just that theyre my lowest attributes for driver.1  http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/22360 . Also possibly a list of what trains what, i have a picture of 'em most. well by the attribute title at least :P

reflexes and stamina are trained by physical training, that is correct.

No offence, but no chance...... took me ages to figure them all out [and most were done when training was random & not lowest attributes first]

Physical as stated above does reflexes/stamina/weight

It does take a few races to have that list ready with actual way training works.
So my proposal would be: Start today with creating your list.

Really: Where is the fun, if everything is at hand? Thats the sense of this game.

It's like solving a Rubik's cube with a walkthrough. I'll never understand that...

+1 Lord AFH
There always will be people who want ready answers but the fun of this game is to work it out.
And actually - what works for one driver/maager doesn't nessessarily work for another anyway so, as you say, we all need to work out our own 'lists'.

Even I haven't gotten to grips with it all yet !!

Really! Is there a guide? I am still figuring that stupid thing out.

But training reflex and stamina is nearly impossible in this game. I am training only on physical for the last 8 races and stamina went up with 2 points (1 down and 3 up). My driver is keep losing weight and losing weight. I am planning to let her run in the program ............ Next Top Model since she is heading up to that weight level.

The former 5% health for training physical was very nice, it allowed you to concentrate on other parts of the driver. Now if you want to keep the driver's health maintained or even raised, you have to train physical + doctor after every race.

Physical trains both reflexes and stamina [whichever is lowest] and doesnt take much longer to train than other skills, if you feel like you need to have full stats for both try signing a driver with higher stats to begin with

The stats of my driver are really good and I am really happy with him but I didnt check his stamina and reflexes, they were both 1 when I recruited him. At least I learned something, just about figuring out what I need to look for in a driver. Since he is only my second driver (first one I just choose for his nationality :p ) I think I am doing pretty good.

^ @Roeland, what i normally do when looking for a new driver is to look for someone with similar stats to the better of my 2 existing drivers
