The 2 times 50k is the fuel and the 2 times 100k are the tyre sets for your 2 cars. The 500k is one engine, you get 20 engines delivered every 20 races so one per race on average, if you buy extra engines then those are paid with the token.

In one car leagues the teams pay the same even though they use only fuel and tyres for one car, maybe that's to avoid the financial advantage getting even larger.

Have you hired new staff or extended contracts? If not check if in finances there's price money, of course that means it's only there if you meet the requirements but winning a race would have that one covered for sure. If it's staff and you have selected the 3 token sponsor then don't worry. Most competetive teams run at a loss on the money side but that's why there's the token. My rule of thumb is one token for engines, one for cash and one to save up for expenses like Youth Academy. If you make more loss than the one token share of a good cash package provides it's about time to review your finances, especially staff.
