Bug in the Hall of Fame

There is an inactive manager (4th in the standings) with 37 championships in 160 races. How can it be??? That means he wins a champ in 4-5 races, or I don't understand something?

What is the name of the player?

This is not a bug in the hall of fame, but a bug in the stats of the player. We're aware of these display errors, however, they haven't been fixed yet.
