"Last logged in" date/time on manage league page

Just wondering if we can add a "Last Logged In" column to the Manage League page. This is better than last raced as I can set policies for the league such as "If you don't race for 3 weeks, you will be kicked" and so on. Last race seems to rely on people not maintaining their cars until they don't have the ability to race, or their contracts expiring. Last logged in is much more precise and easier to manage.
