I see a lot of pilots for example: driving ability: fast corners 18 slow corners 18 defending 10 attacking 10

I don´t understand this training if i train one skill at all always 14 14 14 14 but 18 18 14 14. How is this possible?

I think it is coz the 18 18 14 14 driver came from a high lvl youth academy where these attributies are random .

It's old drivers from the previous version of the game, the same that might jump up by 3 levels if getting a skill up the first time in this version. In the old version you could train individual skills and it was used because some skills are obviously less effiecient than others and I heard some skills were even undesired because they were seen as making a driver worse. That's why those drivers often have quite stark contrasts in their skill setup. If they are trained now those low skills are trained first and thus after a while they look just the same as newer drivers but some still reemerge now in the transfers and some manager for some reason really don't train much and thus some of those drivers retained their skills as they were.

One of my drivers, Klara Schumacher, is one of those, although I already trained her defense and attack skills somewhat. If you check her Stats you see she's hired for about 3 weeks by me, did 14 races for TexuGO before that but seems to have received not that much training there and then come employments from 2012-2014 which was in the old game version.
