Lost Access

Hi, I currently manage 1 of my teams with my Facebook log in and 1 with a iGP log in, but today my iGP log in team has suddenly become the team linked with my Facebook account meaning I've lost access to that team, can you please amend or advise how I can regain access to my 2nd team? Not ideal as I have a race in 15 minutes!
