Not a black market as such. If you have previously shortlisted a driver who has been sold or released from his/her team but not yet hit the transfer page you may buy for 3 tokens and some game cash. You should be notified by a game email when a shortlisted driver becomes available.

Giuliano, This had already happened to me. I saw someone by surfing staff ID, after that it looked like I triggered him to appear in normal market.
Is this what you mean??
