Apologies for the situation and our late response on the forum. It was "all hands on deck" behind the scenes to get the races run - we ran most of them manually while identifying what had occurred within the service. Unfortunately a key server responsible for processing races had a fault. We are investigating that fault and ways to prevent this from happening in future.
For most leagues, the consequences of what happened was races starting late and posting results late.

Our league suffered from the late results but now it is showing that the next race is the one we just did. Due to the same server problem? And will it rectify itself?

A bunch of 9pm races were postponed to the next calendar slot. We prefer to postpone leagues rather than individual races so the whole league got postponed in each case, even if only one tier had not run from 9pm. This keeps the schedule in sync across all the tiers. Carl, yours was one of them. Although it had already run in your case, it was wiped and set to re-run in the next slot. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Shaun, at a glance yes it appears so. As one of the 9pm races your race was likely reset and moved to the next calendar slot as a result of one or more tiers in the league not starting in the first place. The league would have been out of sync and somewhat broken to only move one tier, and you'd have had to wait an extra day at the end of the season for them to catch up before the next one could begin. As it stands the league should resume as normal.
You should have received a mail about this, if you did not then we will need to look in to that. You should not have had to find out what happened here. You should also have been given some complimentary Tokens (6). Did you receive them?

Thanks Jack. If you mean mail on the game then no I haven't received anything. If it's an email you mean, I haven't checked so not sure. Also haven't had the tokens you said about, neither has anybody else in the league as far as I'm aware, thanks.

Ah, I see what happened. The code gave those things (mail in-game, tokens) to people in the race that didn't run at all, then postponed the whole league. I think we'll need to change the way that works. Thanks for the information.

The races should be going now. There seems to be some recurrence of what happened yesterday going on. We can handle it for the rest of the evening if it persists as we have some tools from yesterday we can use.
