Hello,

again, like on Friday, the race viewer was broken. Although the window opens, after loading there's a message saying "race has finished" even though the race hasn't even begun.

Also, prior to that, there were no qualifying results listed.

would you mind fixing this... game, we are starting the same race for the second time without playing or finishing it!?

The developers are on it, sorry for the late response.

In the end I was able to open the race viewer, but too late. It was 10 laps in and my tyres were shot. :(

Sorry for any of the delays in starting the races. These issues were fixed as quickly as possible to allow the races to start!

My race viewer was screwy today when using my computer. The "Go to Race" button didn't appear. Then into the race the boost button didn't show up until a few laps later than it should. It worked fine on the app Just not the computer. It came good in the end. I'm running an older Macbook Air with Sierra 10.12.6 and Firefox 58.0

Hi Jack, please clear the cache from your browser, then let us know if the problem persists.

Today it froze and eventually crashed my machine. I'll try clearing the cache.

How old is your Macbook Air? I'm thinking it might not have enough juice in the processor if it's an i5...does the Macbook get hot while watching?

Yeah, it's old. Late 2010. But it doesn't get hot when running though. Works fine but occasionally the race viewer gets slow and sticky. Kind of stops for a second then catches up. Other times it's all OK. Hard to determine why. Perhaps its the internet connection. I dunno. Last couple of races I've had problems. Today it froze completely and had to scramble to boot up the app on the iPad. By the time I got back in I was eating dust and my race was shot. Most of the time it is fine.

Do you know if your Macbook Air is 32-bit or 64-bit? If it is 32-bit and/or 4 GB RAM, I suspect this is why.

Also, I while back, it just skipped one of the races in my league.
