Test Runs... Making Setup Worse?

Lap - Weather - Time - Top Speed - Average Speed [Deleted setup to avoid people copying it]

Although i actually like the idea that i can see setup info for the various other laps [and use a different setup], surely i shouldnt be getting slower after 5 rounds of feedback [all saying feels good and also got slower on my driver with 19 feedback]

Another quick question, are these times assuming my car is at its current % [meaning once i refit all parts then setup will be "out"] or are they assuming all parts at 100%

I just had a similar thing with one of my test runs. I went from everything being like "increase by 4", "decrease by 5' etc to almost everything feels good, yet lap times were apparently slower.

i loaded my original setup from lap 1 above on my 2nd driver, everything was increase/decrease a little, but the lap he did was almost a full second faster [although he is lower level and has lower feedback]

I was just running over my test runs as I have a race in an hour, and this is what I am getting for my lap times.Any ideas?

Its Broken i just tried to test its blank. 

I don't get any times for my prctice laps, so I cannot tell if my setup change has made it faster.
Its a nice game but there seems to be some issues with it.
