[Car Design points]No car design points are available at the start of the Season

At the start of the season, I have no car design point available.
It happened also in the previous league.

Note: I have joined the current league 6-7 races ago (in the middle of the season).
I can't attach screenshot here.

Please have a look at this issue and try to fix it before Saturday (10/02/2018)
