I kicked some long term inactive out of my league. (I messaged them and told them they had a week) Now the problem is some of them were in Pro league and now the league cannot have promotion this season. Is there any way a manager can be moved (if they accept to move) to another league by the admins here?

Sorry, in this instance, I can't make an exception. You could have kept the inactives to keep promotion active.

You need a minimum of 8 managers in a 16 team league for promotion to be activated and a minimum of 16 managers in a 32 car league.
