My suggestion concerns the logo department.

Could we have an upload option as with the profile picture?

I myself would rather have the profile pic as me so that other Players can see who they are racing against, then have logo separate but shown next to team name in standings etc.

I agree with this. This used to be in the old game but was removed after the update.
The only thing is, at the moment the only person who can see a team's logo, is the person who picked that team's logo! So this wouldn't be too useful as an option atm... but like you said, putting this image next to the team name in the standings (instead of having the managers name) would be better.
