Hi. Its any possibility change league whitout losing progres. in middle season ok but if season end and i wanna compete whit better driver?

You will start into the new league with a bad car, aka 1 design point on all attributes if you join at the beginning of the season, and despite some points to spend even further behind the other cars if joining later into the season, plus less races to catch up. There's no way to avoid that. You don't loose anything else.
