Hi I did my Pre-race setup for tonight's race last night. The drivers reported everything perfect but this morning everything is completely wrong. I noticed the weather has changed since last night, is that the reason for the drivers change of opinion?

Yes, there are different setups for dry and several for rain. See Joey McLanes Advanced Guide, pinned above in this forum, especially part 3, for more information. ;-)
