League rules and regulations

I'm thinking about implementation of a rule that obligates players to do a mandatory pit stop and use at least 2 different tyre types during the race. But as the gameplay doesn't allow me to literally force them to follow this rule (and I'm not sure that it's ever going to be), it would be nice to make hosts be able to ban players for a race or two for league rules violations.

When we tried it in a league I was in we had a rule that if someone didn't change tyres then they had to pit on the first lap of the following race as a penalty. May be worth considering rather than a ban for the first offence?

Yeah, of course I'm not going to ban people right after a single violation, and it's good when people understand the rules and start following it, but I'm talking about severe violations and stubborn douchebags, who only understand language of force.

I like the idea of 2 types of tyre unless wet rule as it would make it more realistic. The game should do this not the league host though, as it would create bad vibes within leagues. Maybe incorporate a drive thru penalty for next race
