The Engine, Tyre and Fuel suppliers bonuses have changed, they now have both a positive and a negative modifier. Have a look at your suppliers you will most likely find they give negative design in Tyre and Fuel economy, if so this explains what you are seeing.
You should also see that some of your car attributes have increased by quite a lot but you didn't mention this.
