Supplier attributes
Can supplier attributes make an area of car design go above 100? No.
If I have 90 design points on an attribute and +10 from a supplier, is that maxed out? Yes. Further upgrades to this area of the design will not yield any improvements. We may revise the way this is displayed since this seems to be a common misunderstanding.
Why are some suppliers better than others? Because we also wanted to offer ways to achieve different goals with suppliers. Not only performance goals, but financial goals. Some suppliers offer good savings over a season, and so they help the team budget more than performance.
Issues and misc.
Why is the new update asking for my location? This is because of the new ads platform - it asks us to provide the location of the user to serve local, relevant ad content in the correct language. Your identity remains anonymous, it is only the approximate location which is known to the advertisers if you grant this permission.
I can't load the race viewer on the desktop browser after the update, what is this error? Please clear the cache of your browser. You likely have old code stored in the browser cache which is conflicting with the update.
I can't view ads since the update, what can I do?

Common feature and content requests
When will the new car come? Soon, we're finishing the liveries for it and then will begin integrating it into the game.
When will you add new tracks? This update was a necessary stepping stone to add new tracks. For technical reasons, the game engine was quite limited in this area. This update was our first step in removing these limitations on tracks, and it came with some benefits such as higher resolution maps and overhead objects being rendered correctly. Our goal is to add tracks throughout 2018 but there are still some technical hurdles we need to overcome, but we're making good progress.
When are you going to add safety cars, crashes and stuff? This isn't on our short-term to-do list, sorry. We don't want to make any promises for when this will happen yet. But rest assured, it is stuff we want to add to the race simulation.
When will the tyres be re-balanced? One thing at a time. :) We'll get this done in due course, but we're aware that many people feel some compounds are overly competitive.
