I'm a level 5 driver who trained my driver until their stars were red. I assume that their driver rating must be at least 5 stars. But once I level my drivers drop to 4 stars. It should've dropped to 4 and a half stars right?
The annoying part is my training was slower as a result.

Hi Terry, stars are used to quickly indicate to you the level of a driver or staff person in relation to your manager level.
When drivers exceed the level of the manager, they're shown having red stars. If your drivers are level 10 and you level up to 10 from level 9, your drivers star ratings will be affected to reflect how they match up to you.
Training is slower the more drivers are closer to your manager level. If they exceed your manager level then it is extremely tough to make any training progress.
