youth academy question

hey guys, i was wondering, it's my first time scouting drivers and was lucky to find a good one. my question is do they age if i let it sit and not promote for few seasons? Thanks

They won't age. And I can add that if they aren't attending to races they won't age either.
Look this drive for example: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=1104537&tab=stats I promoted him to my team in May 2017 and never raced, now he just completed 46 races and he's still 20 years old.
