Auctions don’t work

I sat waiting for an auction today having entered an initial bid. I then went through 3 rounds only to be kicked out saying lost even though I had put in a bid and I was waiting for the next round. I’m not moaning about the lost staff member I wanted but it’s a waste of tokens that I have paid money for.

Is this a known fault?

Hi Martin, sorry for the late response. Yes, this is a known bug. It's not yet been addressed. I've returned to you any tokens you spent on bids made around the time of your post and some extra for the inconvenience.

CCiao yunus scusa il disturbo, ho aperto una discussione sul forum italiano perché mi e' successa la stessa cosa oggi. Buttato fuori al quinto giro quando eravamo rimasti in 2 e mancavano ancora 20 secondi. Oltretutto per un 19enne 18 ti talento 5 livello al quale stavo dando la caccia, mi avrebbe cambiato la stagione.

io avevo 12 gettoni e li avrei usati tutti. Non so se quello che l'ha comprato li aveva.
