I'm having problems to load the races!

In the past few months I'm using google chrome to play the game and it was working very fine.
But yesterday and today I was no abble to open the game.
I have tried to close and load again, load the race of other group (it work), tham I tried to use fire fox but the same problem happens.

I have print screens. The game stop the loading in 50% and stays freeze.

I have lost two races so far!

Hi Marcelo, you can shares images by uploading them to an image hosting website, then putting the link between [img] and [/img] with no spaces.

What can I do?
I don't wanna miss another race

Ive been having similar issues...do you have a ram booster you can trigger when it freezes up...I can and it at least moves it some I may have to do that 4 or 5 times to finally enter the race....not sure if this is related to the recent update or maybe weather effecting connections.

Hi Marcelo, please try to delete the cache and cookies of your browser. Hopefully after that it should work. I will be tuning in watching this race tonight to see why there is a problem, as several players in your league have the problem too.

Are you able to spectate other races?

My tem is racing righ now.
The problem is happaning again... The interesting thing is that I can open the spanish GP from other leages, but not from my league. I just have the sound..

And I just test something: I open the PRO level of my league and It works!! But when I try the Elite (where I am)..... same problem. freezes on 50% of the last stage

I am having the same problem in Chrome and Firefox. I can access the race on my Android phone from the app only. When a race starts it loads and on both browsers when it connects to the server it stops at 6% everytime. When I deleted cookies, cache and everything I went to log back into my account I had a new team!! This has been fixed and I have my team back but still could not access the race on my PC.

I can spectate other races but again today I am stuck at 6% and another driver reports he is stuck at 3% when loading server connection as the last step!
League is Liga Europa racing now at Malaysia

It was working fine for me until today. Now after connecting it stops at 3% in both website and mobile. Mobile does sometimes get through, but website never.

Sorry for the late response. This is interesting information, you were able to load the race again after simply re-making your livery?

Ive got similar problem. Game is loading 3-5 minutes. When i clear cache and data it was ok but nect day it isnt works...game is loading too long. Before last updates everything was ok (there was only problems with watching ads). After updates everything is worth. Game at live race is lagging and sometimes its stopping and i must get out and get in into the game... but it game is loading and loading.... clock is ticking and my tyres are overheating or drivers use half or 75%kers....
After that i have ni chances to win the race :(
On both accounts i have same problems.... On second account lags are smaller.
Im using android at samsung s4.

Yes, just had to make livery and it loads.

If that not work check dev tools console to see error, might help?

They are normal. It was normal until it stopped before.

Same is happening to me. I takes almost 10 minutes to load the race viewer. And my internet connection is very fast! I clean the cache, but nothing changes. all races, my league and others, the problem is the same. For 3 days i lost 7 or until 10 innitial laps.
